KBC Ltd supports Northumberland Council Adult Learning Service to achieve Outstanding Leadership and Management at Ofsted Inspection. The organisation has moved from Grade 3 to Grade 1 due to an innovative Big 90 Project. All managers and staff were involved in this motivational change management programme.
