]]> Karen Brown Consulting Limited are delighted to announce that Profound Group (members of Durham Business Club) have been recommended for registration to ISO 9001, through the British Standards Institute. The scope of this quality mark is in relation to the ‘Design and provision of bespoke and government funded training from entry level to foundation degree level’

Michael Collier (partner in KBC limited) has successfully implemented an integrated management system within Profound Group and guided them  through the process to reach a satisfactory conclusion to this highly acclaimed and world- wide recognised quality standard.

This is the first step  towards achieving a further two standards in OHSAS 18001 (Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental). Michael stated  “it has been a pleasure  working with a company whose goals are quality driven and they fully deserve the recognition of a world class award and  I look forward to the next two challenges which will help further drive the business forward in a very positive manner”.
